TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALE
14 DAYS EXCHANGE/RETURN PERIOD
We are happy to exchange standard products for items of a different size , style or material. We allow you 14 days after you receive your order to contact us if you wish to return them. We will instruct you on how return them properly and provide you with a returns number. Returned items must show no sign of wear & tear or smells (smoke for example). We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we are not contacted within this time period, if the item(s) exhibit wear & tear, or if our instructions are not followed. Some sale items can not be returned please contact us prior to purchase to be 100% sure if the sale item you wish to buy qualify. Underwear can not be returned for hygenic reasons.
GIFT RETURN PERIODS
If you are purchasing standard items as a gift for someone and it may be longer then 14 days before the gift is opened, please contact us. We are usually able to extend the return period for you.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
The majority of orders are shipped out within 1-3 working days but sometimes it can take a bit longer (please see details under shipping information). The reason for this is even though all items on this site are in stock some items might have sold out on a different online platform or been drop shipped to a wholesale customer. In this case we would produce new stock a.s.a.p and in this case it could take a bit longer (max 7-9 working days), so even though this is rare it can happen. If you need an order urgently (ie next day) please email or call us prior to placing your order. By placing your order you understand and agree to our delivery terms.
OTHER CLAUSES
1. If you decide to return goods because you have ordered a size that does not fit or for any other reason other that described above ( you simply don`t like them, for example), you do so at your own postage cost, and we will refund to you (upon our receipt of the item(s) only the value of the goods).
2. If goods are not delivered because the address supplied when you place your order is incorrect, incomplete, unattended or changes before dispatch of your goods and we are not notified of this, the you are liable for the postage cost we incur. ie. If we send the items out to you a second time we will charge you the postage cost again, or if you decide to cancel your order upon not receiving your goods, we will not refund the postage portion of the order price.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
4. We can not deliver some ( heavier) styles to PO Box numbers overseas. If you need us to delivery to a PO Box, please contact us first to arrange this.
5. If the item you order is not in stock for immediate dispatch, then we will inform you of this by email and place the item in production for you. If we have only part of you order in stock, we will dispatch the item(s) we do have in stock and place the other(s) into production. You will not be charged any extra for shipping the items separately.
6. Customers accept that products and product colours may vary slightly from the photographs shown due to limitations of the technologies involved (e.g. cameras, computers, displays).
7. Customers are responsible for any custom fees and import duties applied by their country. We are not responsible for , cannot control, and cannot give advise on fees that may be charged by your country when your order is delivered to you. Customers is the European Union should not be charged import duties.
8. We cannot guarantee to react to any new instructions regarding your order received less than 3 days before dispatch, unless you have received confirmation of those instructions from us.
9.In rare cases an item can have been sold on one of our other platforms ( www.kustomkulture.uk for example). It does update every 2 hours so there is a small window when this could happen. If this is the case and we will not be able to supply you with the item we will contact you within 24h and let you know how long it will take to produce more stock ( normally 7-9 working days) . Alternatively we can offer you a full refund for the item/order or offer you to substitute the item if you like.
10. If there are errors on your order (e.g. the price is wrong or you have ordered an item that have sold out and has been discontinued and you have not provided us with an email, then we will, at our discretion, do one of the following:
- write to you via normal mail to clarify the order.
- contact you via telephone ( if supplied ) to clarify the order.
- ignore the order.
